How long does a turnkey home interior take in Bengaluru?

Most people ask the same first question: how long will this take? For a typical three-bedroom apartment, a turnkey interior runs about 12 to 16 weeks from first meeting to handover. A larger villa usually takes 18 to 24 weeks. Here is where that time goes.

Weeks 1–2: Consultation and brief

We visit the site, take measurements and spend time understanding how you live: who cooks, how much storage you really need, where you work from home. We leave with a written brief and an agreed budget range.

Weeks 2–5: Design and quotation

Layouts come first, then 3D views of the main rooms and a physical board of materials and finishes. Once you approve the design, we prepare an itemised quotation. It’s worth taking a few extra days here, because every change after this point costs more.

Weeks 6–14: Build

Site work and factory production run in parallel. While electricians, plumbers and ceiling teams work on site, kitchen and wardrobe carcasses are cut and finished in the factory. Installation follows once the wet work is complete and the site is dust-controlled.

Final 1–2 weeks: Finishing and handover

Final paint coats, lighting, appliances, soft furnishings and a deep clean. We walk the home with you, agree a snag list, close it, and hand over warranties and care notes.

What slows projects down

• Late decisions on finishes, particularly tiles and countertops, which have lead times.
• Society approvals for civil work or working hours in apartment buildings.
• Design changes after production starts, especially in modular joinery.
