Questions clients ask
Do you charge for the first site visit?
No. The first consultation and site visit in Bengaluru are free. If you go ahead, design fees are agreed in writing before any design work starts.
How is the quotation prepared?
After the design is approved we prepare an itemised quotation: every cabinet, ceiling, finish and fitting is listed with its specification, quantity and price. Any later change is priced in writing before work starts.
How long does a typical project take?
A three-bedroom apartment usually takes 12 to 16 weeks from first meeting to handover. Villas and larger offices take 18 to 24 weeks. We give you a written schedule with the quotation.
Can I take only one service, such as a kitchen or false ceiling?
Yes. Every service is available on its own. Many clients start with one room and return for the rest of the home.
How will I know how the work is going?
Your project lead sends a photo and video update every week, and you can visit the site at any time. For clients abroad, we run scheduled video walkthroughs.
What warranty do you give?
Modular joinery carries a warranty on carcass and hardware, and our workmanship is covered after handover. The exact terms are listed in your contract. We also make a support visit after you move in.
