A villa delivered turnkey
Whitefield, Bengaluru
- Whitefield, Bengaluru
- Residential, Turnkey
- 4,200 sq ft
- 20 weeks
- 2024
A new villa fitted out end to end for a family relocating from abroad, handed over with keys and cutlery.
The brief
The clients were living overseas for most of the project and needed a team they could trust to make decisions on site, report clearly, and hand over a home ready to live in.
Our approach
Weekly video walkthroughs and a shared tracker kept every decision visible. The design draws on the arched windows of the architecture, with a classic white kitchen, timber beams and a darker, quieter main suite.
